Doctor Nasstrom is a board-certified psychiatrist who completed his residency in general psychiatry in 2017. He has gained experience working in various inpatient hospitals, schools, community mental health centers, and private practice. Dr Nasstrom says:
“The most important goal is the long-term improvement of the patient. The treatment should be tailor made for every patient. One size fits all does not work in mental health. Quick fix strategies can be potentially harmful in the long run. Additionally, the impact of known and potentially unknown medical issues is also very important to consider. It can be difficult for the patient to understand all the different treatments that are available in mental health today and patient education has been extremely helpful for the patient to help them make treatment choices that are going to benefit them the most.”

"My goal is creating overall wellness for my patients by using a holistic approach utilizing both non-medication and medication strategies. My hobbies include avoiding cardio, being a turophile, driving big trucks, and playing with small dogs."
Wendy Bayless has her Master of Nursing Science. She is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in New Hampshire. "Nursing is my second career and a very meaningful one to me. Professionally, my goal is to provide patient-centered, compassionate, evidence-based, and judgment-free care for my patients, helping them increase their safety, quality of life, and ability to do what they want to and need to do. On a personal note, I reside in a place right off my bucket list, the mountains, moving here from Michigan, where I grew up. I enjoy gardening, indoor plants, hiking, swimming, sewing, rockhounding, and traveling."
